Our Story

In 1994, founder Tim began building and repairing PCs—cutting his teeth on DOS, Windows 3.1, and the early Pentium 33/66 era. After relocating to Northwest Arkansas in 1998, he launched NW Arkansas Wholesale Computers and Repair (1998–2002), serving retail customers, churches, municipalities, and small businesses. He built and maintained hundreds of custom systems, expanded into printer repair, networking, point‑of‑sale setups, and early cybersecurity. During Y2K, Tim supported both home and business clients with dependable preparation and follow‑through.
Today, Northwest Arkansas PC Repair continues that hands‑on, data‑first tradition as a modern on‑site and remote service—repairing computers, recovering data, tuning Wi‑Fi, and supporting small‑business IT throughout Fayetteville, Springdale, Rogers, and Bentonville.
